We’re having a heat wave and the hot weather calls for an easy breezy yet fashionable pump. Sounds good right? Well believe it or not, these shoes are really comfortable. They’re nice and light and you don’t even feel like you have them on. Polka dots are my favorite, or at least one of them. So, ten to 9 this morning, I was in my easy breezy shoes meeting with one of my homeowners up from Florida to discuss his magnificent 2 bedroom apartment with a Manhattan view and tons of living space. After that I scooted over to Demorest Avenue to show the all brick corner ranch, from there I came back to the office and made a few phone calls and filled out some listing papers with a great new listing in Bulls Head on Danny Court for $339,000 and a mint condition 3 bedroom townhouse style on Lyceum Court for $319,000. besides that, Nick in our office just listed a great house on Bodine $309,900 and Cindy listed a great house on Leeds Avenue in Oakwood for $385,000. At 1 o’clock I went over to the Kings Arms to meet with one of my homeowners whose home we closed 6 months ago and had a nice lunch. Came back to the office, picked up the key for Demorest, went back to show it again to new buyers. Ran back to the office, made some more phone calls, now meeting Frank for dinner and 3 more appointments so my night will be over about a quarter to nine.
