Turquoise Bejeweled Sandals
I’m wearing flats today that match my dress and my bag. I met with a homeowner at the office this morning and set up an Open House for Saturday September 8th between 1:00-4:00PM at 40 Danny Court in Bulls Head. Stop by and see this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, townhouse located in a private setting. I just got back from a long doctors appointment for Frank. Now I’m off to install some For Sale signs and then accompanying a showing appointment at 6:30. Everything is all ready for the Richmond County Fair tomorrow so that is a relief but it is going to be a bit harder this year without having Frank to help with the set up. Luckily, our agents have been very supportive and are going to be at the fair to help out. Stop by our tent at the Richmond Road and Saint Andrews Avenue entrance and spin the wheel for a prize! See you this weekend! Comment as you please and remember it is always a woman’s right to shoes. If you’re interested in a career in Real Estate, please call 718-420-2325.

Whats Wrong with this Picture?!?
Feeling a little upside down today. Running around preparing the last of the prizes for the Richmond County Fair; unwrapping, labeling, stuffing, and printing things for the goodie bags and the prize wheel. Remember to visit us this weekend at the Richmond Road and Saint Andrews Ave entrance gate. These shoes symbolize exactly how I feel today. My buyer cancelled this morning for all of the showings I had in New Jersey which gave me a little more time to prepare our booth. Now I'm off to an appointment in Pleasant Plains. Coach Snake Skin
Summer is almost over and I have yet to wear these heels, so today is the day. I'm going to have to take some time to move my fall shoes up to the front and push the summer ones to the back soon, sadly. I hope everyone is enjoying their last few days of summer. If you haven't made any plans for this weekend, come down to the Richmond County Fair, its always a good time! While you're there don't forget to stop by our tent at the Richmond Road entrance. We have prizes for all ages so come spin the wheel to see what you've won and bring your youngsters for some Safari tattoos! Just got back from a walk with Frank through the whole mall and ate some lunch. Back to work, I have some showing appointments and then I'll come back to make Frank dinner. Then one more showing later tonight. Comment as you please and remember it is always a woman's right to shoes! If you're interested in a career in Real Estate, please call 718-420-2325.

Busy this morning stuffing give-away bags for the Richmond County Fair this weekend. Come visit our table at the main entrance for your goodie bag and spin the wheel to see what other prizes you could win! We will be there all day Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Tuxedo Tie-Ups
Good Afternoon, just got back from a CMA and on my way to another one. I have my police officers, granddaughter Daniella and Lucy, watching Frank and making sure he isn’t doing anything hes not supposed to be doing. This morning, I heard hammering and found him hanging a picture in the hallway. Today, he told me he was going across the street to bring a shirt to the dry cleaners but would be back in an hour! Hes makes me nervous because I didn’t think he would be recovering so fast! Thank you all again for everything, he is doing great. I’m off to New Jersey at 3:00PM for some showings and then back to make Frank dinner. If you would like to join me to “laugh at life” on September 22nd for A Woman’s Journey: Life Management for Healthy Living at the Regina McGinn Center at the Staten Island University Hospital call Rosemarie Dressler 718-226-2486 to register! My Shoe Closet Threw Up!
Good Afternoon everyone, starting to get back to a real routine and look what happened, my shoe closet threw up! Lol I guess I need to spend some time in my closet rearranging color by color by heel size and by season. No volunteers please; it’s a place where I go when I need to think about nothing else but SHOES. I am currently being honored on Sept 20th from the DaVinci Society at Wagner College for the work that we do to save families the grief of the loss of a child from a detectable heart problem, in the name of our son Frank who passed away from cardiac death April 29th 2007. The dinner is taking place at The Hilton Garden Inn and starts at 6:00PM. Our intention is not to be honored but to get the word out for all children between the age 12 and 14 to have baseline heart testing to avoid problems. Most recently out of 26 young girl softball players that were tested through the foundation (although it was offered to all 110 girls) 6 were found to have a heart problem unbeknownst to the family and 2 of them had heart surgery. Just imagine how different these families’ lives would be had this not been taken care of. Please keep your eyes peeled for the fundraising dinner arrangements for the next Frank J Reali III Family Foundation dinner so we can test more and more children free of charge. Additionally, on September 22nd I will be a key note speaker at the Regina McGinn Education Center at the Staten Island University Hospital, speaking about a program called “Laughing at Life,” we could all always use a great laugh. Join us free of charge that morning at 10:00 AM; free reiki, free food, free free free, come and help yourself. But, most of all come and laugh with me. Comment as you please and remember it is always a woman’s right to shoes. If you’re interested in a career in Real Estate, please call 718-420-2325.

Purple Strapy Heels
I’m very busy with Frank today. I had keys made for my new listing in Manchester, NJ. Now I’m taking Frank to the doctors for an EKG and Chest X-ray and then we are headed straight to another doctors appointment with the surgeon. We are hoping the doctor gives him the OK to be able to do more physical activities. Comment as you please and remember it is always a woman’s right to shoes! Sssssnake Skin Cut Outs
These are my sssuper ssstylish BCBG heels. I woke up early to set Frank up with some breakfast and to pack his lunch. I started my first appointment with one of my homeowners at 8:45 this morning and then I did a CMA around the corner from the office. Now, I’m off to Jersey for the rest of the day. I’m dropping Frank off at his mother’s house while I go on appointments so they can spend some time together. Then I’m off to a listing appointment followed by a few showing appointments with one of my homeowners in the Eatontown area. I’m Allowed to Wear the Same Shoes Twice, Right?
Since I discovered, while Frank was in the hospital, that the surgeons and their team don’t eat, I promised to bring them food on Friday and I delivered chicken cutlets. I took Frank with me to visit the staff and deliver the food because he got the OK from the doctor to do the stairs. He really is a strong and determined individual. Thank you everyone for your prayers, get well cards, and get well baskets and flowers, he is doing great. We really do appreciate it. As many of you know, or may not know, I am a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and I had the pleasure of speaking in front of a group of seniors today at the JCC- letting them know their options for buying or selling. I’m making Frank a healthy, fat-free lunch now before I head out for an appointment with one of my homeowners and then some showings. Comment as you please and remember it is always a woman’s right to shoes! If you’re interested in a career in Real Estate, please call 718-420-2325.

Puddle Jumping
I started my day @ 6:00 AM for a 7 AM Staten
Island Business Council meeting at Lorenzo’s at the Hilton Garden Inn. Stepped
outside and quickly turned around to put a big fake ponytail on to my quickly straightened
hair due to the deluge that I was pummeled with. Slipped on my rain boots which I absolutely
adore and headed straight for the car without hesitation of getting my feet
soaked. Briefly ran back to the office
because the rain storm had knocked out our phone system.. Not to worry, TWC was
on the job and had us up and running in less than an hour. Took Frank for
pre-op testing as he was found to have a heart issue which Staten Island
University Hospital’s heart center, Dr. Frank Scafuri, III & Dr. Frank
Tamburrino are taking good care of him. Friday’s the day. Went to do a presentation on Richmond Terrace
for a huge water front parcel that will become very interesting to you soon.
Had my phone sunk in to Frank’s car so that I can totally be hands free. Shared
a light lunch, helped some agents with some listing paperwork, worked out a few
details with relocation and writing this article. All this done without a drop of water landing
on my toes thanks to the gorgeous Guess leopard print rain boots. Comment
