Feeling a little on the wild side today. A great shoe to run around in, showing houses and taking pictures has consumed my day. Bone & Apple Red Sling Back Heels

As beautiful as they look, they are equally as comfortable and purchased at Macy’s, of course. I was up really early this morning to get to the Staten Island Business Council meeting at Lorenzo’s at the Staten Island Hilton Garden Inn by 7:30 AM. I had a couple of appointments afterward and then did a reshow down at the Bay Street Landing buildings. Back to the office to make some phone calls and then an engineer inspection at 6. Safari High Heeled Loafers

Sticking with the Safari theme today because my schedule was, and still is, a real jungle today. I started my morning off down at the Bay Street Landing Co-ops showing one of my homeowners half of the ones listed. I then had a walk thru at noon followed by a showing on one of my listings and then a closing. Now I'm back out to the Bay street Landing Co-ops to show the rest of them! Peep Toe Summer Blues

Early morning appointments called for a mad dash for my rainboots. Kayaking down Victory Boulevard can be a summer event but let me not get off track. I met with a homeowner to discuss preparation of their house for sale and how to stage it so that it would look just perfect for the potential new homeowners.

Back to the office and switched into my peep toe summer blues which go perfect with the warm, humid summer we are having. They are dressy enough and comfortable to get through my next two meetings, my desk clearing, phone call making, and appointments for tonight. Dancing with the Stars..

I could not have put in a better ticketed item than the weather we had that evening- from the fire boat on the water with a magnificent water show to the wonderful tent overlooking the water and the Verrazano Bridge’s lights that twinkled like a beautiful pearl necklace in the clear night sky. The music was delightful throughout the cocktail hour and then we rocked the Alice Austen House, Staten Island NY, with an outstanding band. The dancers for Dancing with the Stars did an outstanding job. They kept us entertained, smiling and laughing throughout the evening.  Being a past performer, I understand what it was like to go through the grueling practices to prepare for the evening’s event. I was dressed in orange and white, with my lovely white shoes, as I sank in the mud on occasion since it rained earlier that day. Frank and I were seated with great people at the table with magnificent food by Framboise and we danced our legs off until almost midnight. My wonderful magic white shoes did not fail me. Beige and Black Peek a Boo Heels

Early this morning, I headed over to the Staten Island Board of Realtors to go over the Homeownership Program being held at the Staten Island Mall in October. I then had an appraisal over on South Avenue. We had our weekly Friday Lunch and Learn and Tropical Frank also made an appearance with delicious mud slides for the whole office. Now I'm off to lunch, the dark skies are telling me to switch into my rainboots. I have a listing appointment and a CMA later tonight. I have a busy weekend doing Open Houses on both Saturday and Sunday. Saturday from 2-4 on 594 Woolley Avenue and then 2-4 at 46 Bement Avenue on Sunday. Come see these wonderful homes. I had to wear these again because they fit my outfit perfectly. I’m giving a speech at the 21st Century Woman’s Conference today at the Staaten. Black & Blue

With the look of these heels you'd think my feet would feel bruised by now, but they don't! I'm wearing blue today so these heels are the perfect match. I love the color blocking. I woke up extra early to visit with my mother and then I went to a board meeting at the Staten Island Board of Realtors. I had to do a CMA at 12:30, now some showing appointments with one of my homeowners/buyers. Then running as fast as I can in these heels back to the office to meet with one of my homeowners, finishing just in time to do a buyer consultation up the block. Golf Shoes

There's always hope that I'll be able to go golfing, too bad I don't know how. Today would be the perfect day to go golfing, the sun is shining and there is a cool breeze that could possibly carry the ball further than I would ever be able to hit it. I've been working on my Laugh at Life speech all morning. I'm speaking at the 21st Century Woman's Conference at the Staaten on Wednesday morning and my speech involves the different hats that each of us wear in our lives and encourages people to laugh at life. I'm going out to eat with Frank and then on some showing appointments. I'm then heading out to Eatontown, New Jersey for a listing presentation. I might have to change my shoes. Dash of Color

These shoes were bought at Macy’s as part of their June buy 3 get 30% off sale. There’s still 5 more pairs to come. These are perfect summer shoes because they add a dash of color, with hemp weaved around the colored stones, and brown leather T-straps. I started my morning off making some phone calls and then had a meeting with Father O’Hara from St. Teresa Parish. I had a conference call with Amy from Better Homes & Gardens corporate office and then I showed one of my new listings for the first time. Next, I have a listing appointment at 3:30 over in South Beach. It seems like my day is never ending because I have an Alice Austen House Board Meeting at 7 which I have to leave a little early because I have to meet with one of our agents at 8:15 at the office. Rainy Day Heels

The rain doesn't stop me from wearing heels. I spent all day jumping over puddles. These shoes are rubber and therefor made for rainy days. I bought them online from a specialty store that makes all rubber shoes. My Board of Directors meeting at the Staten Island Board of Realtors was cancelled this morning because of Lobby Day in Albany. I showed one of my listings this afternoon and then took my buyers all over the island trying to find them a house. We saw some nice ones, lets see what happens. I have a Community Board 1 Meeting later tonight. Hopefully Frank gets back from Albany in time for me to see him. Comment as you please. Tuxedo Bow Ties

Well, today definitely feels like Monday after a somewhat relaxing weekend. These GUESS heels were, of course, bought at Macy's and they remind me of a tuxedo, especially with the bow tie. I had a meeting this morning to go over advertising at the Staten Island Mall for the Homeownership Matters Housing Fair. I then went to the Fountains to take some pictures of my new listing, it’s a 2 bedroom, terraced corner unit. Call me if you are interested in taking a look at it. I'm Famous!... Almost

I started my day this morning by dropping my car off for service because even the idiot light didn’t go off when I ran out of gas. I then had an interview with Diane Lore Palladino with the Staten Island Advance, about my shoe blog. I had a great time talking with Diane about all of my shoes and taking many pictures. At 12:30, I’m holding a lunch and learn meeting with my agents to go over Showing Time (our new appointment call center), and Lead Router (an exclusive Better Homes & Gardens lead routing program- this enables us to get our agents with buyers in real time and set up follow up programs). Heading over to Menicucci & Villa’s office at 2:30 for a closing followed by a CMA later today in the lovely Fountains. Coral Twists

Thank goodness it didn’t rain today. I’ve been waiting for a sunny day to wear these Coach heels. Did you know that coral is very in this season? I also bought these at Macy’s along with an identical pair in a bone color. Notice a pattern here as to where my favorite store to buy shoes is? I have three listing appointments today so these shoes are a must wear. I started my morning taking pictures of the three homes so that I could prepare presentations, I then took some time for me and had my hair done with Bonnie over at Risque who does a terrific job. Just what I needed today to go along with my fabulous shoes. Sadly, I’m not going to be able to make the Staten Island Business People meeting at Killmeyer’s tonight, but duty calls. My Blue Heaven

I bought the dress that I’m wearing today separately from the shoes but they match perfectly. So, can you picture the dress I’m wearing today? Well you’re right, it’s beautiful. I woke up extra early to go to mass at 7 AM for my son, Frankie’s 6^th Birthday in heaven, then keeping myself busy for the rest of the day. Attended an appraisal at one of my listings then went straight to a walk-thru, after the walk-thru I headed over to the Grandmother’s Club meeting but had to leave early so that I could make it to the cemetery with my family. I have a closing at 3 and then another walk-thru at 5:15. Lastly, I have a Soroptimist Sisters meeting at the Staaten. Boy, what a busy day. Comment as you please.
