Golden Beauties
These are my golden heels, I’ve had them for a long time so I’m not even sure where I got them. I had an HVAC Inspection to go to this morning and then I headed into New Jersey for a Broker Open House at one of my listings. Now back to the office for a few minutes before a showing and two Community Board Meetings later. Comment as you please and remember it is always a woman’s right to shoes. Fall Pumpkin Shoes
In honor of this cold fall weather, I’m wearing these orange pumpkin colored heels. I hope everyone is enjoying their Columbus Day! Crazy how the weather could change so much from one day to the next. I had an agent interview this morning and then sat in my office calling back people that I missed over the weekend when I was out on appointments. I visited with my grandchildren that are off from school today for a bit and then I had a meeting with a homeowner. Now I’m going to make some dinner for Frank and then meeting a buyer at 7. Cheetah Print Wedges
I'm off to the Bridal Show at the Hilton Garden Inn on Staten Island. It starts at 6:30 for all of you brides-to-be or grooms-to-be, or parents of the bride and groom, I hope to see you there. I had a Seller's presentation this morning and a showing appointment. Then I headed back to the office for a meeting with some staff and a representative from the post office. I stopped by an engineer inspection over on Cliff Street and then I rushed back to the office to meet with one of my homeowners to sign a binder. Now I'm off to the Bridal Show. Black and White Two Tones
Went out to Jersey this morning to show a house and then came back to the Island for an inspection. I then made a quick appearance at the Grandmother's Club Meeting before heading for a doctor's appointment at Regional Radiology. I have a couple of appointments tonight and then I have to take Frank to his doctor's appointment. Comment as you please and remember it is always a woman's right to shoes! Rainy Day Leopard Loafers
What a day! I'm wearing flats today because its raining and because my back still hurts. I went to a listing this morning to do some room measurements and pictures. I brought donuts, at the homeowners request. I then had 5 showing appointments at my listing on Drake Avenue. Then I took Frank to lunch. Now I'm off to the Fountains for a showing and back to Drake Avenue for 4 more appointments on it.Then one more showing appointment. Frank and I had a great time at the Lanza event last night. Met some presidents of different unions from other boroughs that know the same sphere of people we know. What a small world. Comment as you please and remember it is always a woman's right to shoes. Green Business Heels
These are the shoes I'm wearing today to match with my green business suit. I took additional pictures of my listing on Powell Lane this morning and then headed back to the office because of some appointment cancellations. I made some phone calls and then headed out to lunch with Frank. I let him drive, for the first time since his surgery, because the doctors have cleared him to do so. He is happy to have some freedom back. I had to cancel my dentist appointment because I hurt my back at a showing and I can't sit in the chair for too long. I came back to the office for a meeting and now I'm off to the fundraiser for Senator Andrew Lanza over at the Richmond County Country Club. Health Fair Days
I spent the whole day at the Health and Wellness Expo at the Hilton Garden Inn for the SIEDC today. We had a table set up for the Frank J Reali III Family Foundation. The expo had a really good turn out of people. I got to talk to and interact with many of Staten Island's health specialists and some friends. What a long day of standing. I've posted these shoes before but they were really the only option today besides flats because they are the most comfortable heels I own. Back to the office to get in touch with everyone I missed. Then an appointment at 7:30PM. Comment as you please and remember it is always a woman's right to shoes. If you're interested in a career in Real Estate, please call 718-420-2325.

Brass Colored Woven Wonders
I spoke this morning at the Staten Island Business Council meeting and I wasn't wearing these heels but I had to change out of them because of a change in outfits. These are the shoes I wore for the other half of the day. Took care of some paperwork before picking up a buyer from the Staten Island Ferry and then headed out to Jersey for some showings with her. It is my granddaughter's 9th birthday today, Happy Birthday Nina! Making a few phone calls and then making dinner for Frank. Comment as you please and remember it is always a woman's right to shoes. Purple & yellow Satin Ankle Tie Ups
I’ve had these for a while now. I’m trying to fit in all of my summer shoes that haven’t seen sunlight this season before it is too late! These definitely deserve the spotlight. They are so bright and the ankle tie gives a little oomph to an otherwise boring outfit. It has been an errand kind of morning. I had a Board of Directors meeting at SIBOR and then I put a sign up on my new listing over on Gansevoort Blvd and took Frank on some errands. I have to meet with a homeowner at 5:00 then make Frank some dinner and then head out to Harbour Ct for a showing. Monday Blues
What a busy weekend I had! I gave my "Laughing at Life.. a Hat Trick" presentation at the Community Health Conference presented by The Sisterhood at the Regina McGinn Center on Saturday morning. I wore my Betsey Johnson Minnie Mouse heels. On Sunday, I had a showing in the morning and then I represented the Saint Teresa Church Prayer Shawl Ministry at Monsignor Belford Church. Followed by an Open House on Clermont Place. These are the shoes I chose today. I'm wearing a lot of blue today. I have the same pair in black, if you have been paying attention! After a few morning appointments, I'm off to New Jersey to show a few properties and then back to the Island. Hopefully I'll make it to the Builder's Task Force Meeting at SIBOR at 5:30. A Change of Shoes
Apparently, the shoes I was wearing earlier today were not fabulous enough for Jimmy Thompson and Lloyd Thompson, the attorneys at my closing today. So, I left the closing early to change into these shoes and returned to the closing. Who knew men would be so into my shoedujour blog? LOL. I had a few showings this morning then a closing and I picked up Frank to take him to the bank after my closing. Off to an appointment on Bay Terrace and then a showing at my listing on Harbour Court. I’m going to try to make it to Costco to pick up some Halloween things. I know it seems a little too early for some but tomorrow is the start of Autumn! Comment as you please and remember it is always a woman’s right (or men’s) right to shoes! Pamper Me Day
These are my granddaughters new Steve Madden combat boots. The spikes seem to be in this season. I’m not wearing any of my fabulous footwear right now because I’m off pampering myself for the dinner tonight so flip flops are a must. Getting my hair done currently at Risque on Victory Boulevard with my favorite hairdresser, Bonnie. Then I’m off to get my nails done with Amy from Nail Land, also on Victory Boulevard. She is the one who makes the cute polka dot designs that I have on my hands and toes. Then off to the Hilton for the DaVinci Society at Wagner College’s Annual Scholarship Dinner! Wondering what shoes I’m going to wear to the dinner? They match perfectly with my dress! Ok, I won’t keep you up guessing all night… Here they are…

Multi-Color Peep Toes
This is a busy time of year. I started off at the Staten Island Business Council Meeting at Lorenzo’s at the Hilton at 7:30AM. Then I had a listing presentation at 9:30AM. I ran to the tailor to pick up my dress for tomorrow night. Tomorrow is the dinner that I am being honored at by Wagner College’s DaVinci Society so I’ll be running around trying to get myself ready for it. I came back to the office and ordered give-aways for the Bridal Show, the Staten Island Zoo Spectacular, and for our quarterly meeting, I set up a date at the Staaten for the meeting before they fill up. Then off to a closing that didn’t last as long as most do, thank goodness, because I have a lot more work to do. I’m filling out some paperwork before I clone 2 more of myself to make the other meetings I have tonight. The Women’s Republican Club of Richmond County is having a meeting at Killmeyer’s at 7 and the New York State Women Meeting is also at 7 over at Bocelli’s on Hylan Boulevard. Finally, the Westerleigh Community meeting at 7:30PM. I wish I could be in three places at once! Comment as you please and remember it is always a woman’s right to shoes! Betsey Johnson Satin Minnie Mouse Heels
I was a good girl at the doctor’s again last Thursday, you know what that means… NEW SHOES! I thought my other red and white polka dot shoes were the “Minnie Mouse Heels” but I think these are even more fit for Minnie Mouse. They’re Betsey Johnson, bought at DSW, and even the sole of these heels are made for me. I just picked Frank up from the hospital, I’m so happy he is home. He still isn’t feeling well but he is much better than he was on Friday morning. My mother is out of the hospital too, back to being herself, so that is a relief. Making some phone calls and trying to do as much work as I can today. Comment as you please and remember it is always a woman’s right to shoes. Sparkling Rubies
In the city all day today for a doctors appointment. Thought these were fitting because they are comfortable enough to walk in and they give a pop of color to the black outfit I’m wearing. I’ll be back on Staten Island in the office around 4:30 for an appointment with one of our mortgage brokers and then one of my homeowners is coming in to the office to meet with me. Then a Powerful YOU meeting at Giuliana’s Restaurant on Hylan Boulevard to end my day. Comment as you please and remember it is always a woman’s right to shoes! Sun Shiny Day
It is beautiful out today and my mother is coming home from the hospital so things are looking up. I had to wear these shoes because they match the sunny day we are having. Up really early, 7:00AM Staten Island Business Council Meeting at Lorenzos. I had a listing appointment at 10 and now I’m heading over to Fort Wadsworth for an appointment. I have to pick up my mother at 5:00 so I have my granddaughter driving Frank to the Staten Island Business People Monthly Mixer at the Marina Cafe because I can’t make it. BCBG Cork Bottom Heels
These were also purchased at DSW last week, they are BCBG. I dropped Frank off at the Staten Island Board of Directors meeting this morning because I had a buyer’s consultation meeting at the same time. After the consultation, I picked Frank up and then headed over to my listing on Clove Road. Checking up on my mother as much as I can, they are keeping her one more night in the hospital and we will see what happens from there. Now I’m meeting with an agent at the office regarding a seminar and then another agent to go over some commercial rentals. Then I’m off to Bay Street to show a property at 4:30. I will hopefully have enough time between that appointment and my 6:45 appointment to make Frank dinner. Comment as you please and remember it is always a woman’s right to shoes! Leopard Print
Can you find my leopard T-Strap heels against my leopard carpet? As you can tell, I love this print. I bought these on sale at DSW last week and they are very comfortable. It has been a very stressful morning. I dropped Frank’s car off over at Villa Marin to get an oil change and then picked up my mother to take her to the bank. Unfortunately, I got into a car accident, just a fender bender but my mother is all shaken up so we had her sent to the hospital to make sure everything is OK. I’m off to the hospital now and then I have to pick up Frank and take him for a follow up echo stress test. Comment as you please and remember it is always a woman’s right to shoes! Black Open Toe Wedges
Took Frank for his morning walk around the mall this morning then went to pick up paperwork from a homeowner and now I'm off to pick up my mother to go to the Grandmothers Club meeting with me. Good thing I wore wedges because they are much more comfortable and much easier to walk in than regular heels. Then back to the office to make some phone calls before a showing appointment on Hylan Boulevard. Turquoise Bejeweled Sandals
I’m wearing flats today that match my dress and my bag. I met with a homeowner at the office this morning and set up an Open House for Saturday September 8th between 1:00-4:00PM at 40 Danny Court in Bulls Head. Stop by and see this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, townhouse located in a private setting. I just got back from a long doctors appointment for Frank. Now I’m off to install some For Sale signs and then accompanying a showing appointment at 6:30. Everything is all ready for the Richmond County Fair tomorrow so that is a relief but it is going to be a bit harder this year without having Frank to help with the set up. Luckily, our agents have been very supportive and are going to be at the fair to help out. Stop by our tent at the Richmond Road and Saint Andrews Avenue entrance and spin the wheel for a prize! See you this weekend! Comment as you please and remember it is always a woman’s right to shoes. If you’re interested in a career in Real Estate, please call 718-420-2325.

Whats Wrong with this Picture?!?
Feeling a little upside down today. Running around preparing the last of the prizes for the Richmond County Fair; unwrapping, labeling, stuffing, and printing things for the goodie bags and the prize wheel. Remember to visit us this weekend at the Richmond Road and Saint Andrews Ave entrance gate. These shoes symbolize exactly how I feel today. My buyer cancelled this morning for all of the showings I had in New Jersey which gave me a little more time to prepare our booth. Now I'm off to an appointment in Pleasant Plains. Coach Snake Skin
Summer is almost over and I have yet to wear these heels, so today is the day. I'm going to have to take some time to move my fall shoes up to the front and push the summer ones to the back soon, sadly. I hope everyone is enjoying their last few days of summer. If you haven't made any plans for this weekend, come down to the Richmond County Fair, its always a good time! While you're there don't forget to stop by our tent at the Richmond Road entrance. We have prizes for all ages so come spin the wheel to see what you've won and bring your youngsters for some Safari tattoos! Just got back from a walk with Frank through the whole mall and ate some lunch. Back to work, I have some showing appointments and then I'll come back to make Frank dinner. Tuxedo Tie-Ups
Good Afternoon, just got back from a CMA and on my way to another one. I have my police officers, granddaughter Daniella and Lucy, watching Frank and making sure he isn’t doing anything hes not supposed to be doing. This morning, I heard hammering and found him hanging a picture in the hallway. Today, he told me he was going across the street to bring a shirt to the dry cleaners but would be back in an hour! Hes makes me nervous because I didn’t think he would be recovering so fast! Thank you all again for everything, he is doing great. I’m off to New Jersey at 3:00PM for some showings and then back to make Frank dinner. If you would like to join me to “laugh at life” on September 22nd for A Woman’s Journey: Life Management for Healthy Living at the Regina McGinn Center at the Staten Island University Hospital call Rosemarie Dressler 718-226-2486 to register! My Shoe Closet Threw Up!
Good Afternoon everyone, starting to get back to a real routine and look what happened, my shoe closet threw up! Lol I guess I need to spend some time in my closet rearranging color by color by heel size and by season. No volunteers please; it’s a place where I go when I need to think about nothing else but SHOES. I am currently being honored on Sept 20th from the DaVinci Society at Wagner College for the work that we do to save families the grief of the loss of a child from a detectable heart problem, in the name of our son Frank who passed away from cardiac death April 29th 2007. The dinner is taking place at The Hilton Garden Inn and starts at 6:00PM. Our intention is not to be honored but to get the word out for all children between the age 12 and 14 to have baseline heart testing to avoid problems. Most recently out of 26 young girl softball players that were tested through the foundation (although it was offered to all 110 girls) 6 were found to have a heart problem unbeknownst to the family and 2 of them had heart surgery. Just imagine how different these families’ lives would be had this not been taken care of. Please keep your eyes peeled for the fundraising dinner arrangements for the next Frank J Reali III Family Foundation dinner so we can test more and more children free of charge. Additionally, on September 22nd I will be a key note speaker at the Regina McGinn Education Center at the Staten Island University Hospital, speaking about a program called “Laughing at Life,” we could all always use a great laugh. Join us free of charge that morning at 10:00 AM; free reiki, free food, free free free, come and help yourself. But, most of all come and laugh with me. I’m dropping Frank off at his mother’s house while I go on appointments so they can spend some time together. I’m Allowed to Wear the Same Shoes Twice, Right?
Since I discovered, while Frank was in the hospital, that the surgeons and their team don’t eat, I promised to bring them food on Friday and I delivered chicken cutlets. I took Frank with me to visit the staff and deliver the food because he got the OK from the doctor to do the stairs. He really is a strong and determined individual. Thank you everyone for your prayers, get well cards, and get well baskets and flowers, he is doing great. We really do appreciate it. As many of you know, or may not know, I am a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and I had the pleasure of speaking in front of a group of seniors today at the JCC- letting them know their options for buying or selling. I’m making Frank a healthy, fat-free lunch now before I head out for an appointment with one of my homeowners and then some showings. Puddle Jumping
I started my day @ 6:00 AM for a 7 AM Staten
Island Business Council meeting at Lorenzo’s at the Hilton Garden Inn. Stepped
outside and quickly turned around to put a big fake ponytail on to my quickly straightened
hair due to the deluge that I was pummeled with. Slipped on my rain boots which I absolutely
adore and headed straight for the car without hesitation of getting my feet
soaked. Briefly ran back to the office
because the rain storm had knocked out our phone system.. Not to worry, TWC was
on the job and had us up and running in less than an hour. Took Frank for
pre-op testing as he was found to have a heart issue which Staten Island
University Hospital’s heart center, Dr. Frank Scafuri, III & Dr. Frank
Tamburrino are taking good care of him. Friday’s the day. Went to do a presentation on Richmond Terrace
for a huge water front parcel that will become very interesting to you soon.
Had my phone sunk in to Frank’s car so that I can totally be hands free. Shared
a light lunch, helped some agents with some listing paperwork, worked out a few
details with relocation and writing this article. All this done without a drop of water landing
on my toes thanks to the gorgeous Guess leopard print rain boots. Comment

Pretty In Pink
These pink darlings (purchased
at Macy’s) are just the right shoe for this wonderful weather day! I started my
day @ 5:30 AM driving to Staten Island for a 7 AM Staten Island Business
Council meeting. I stopped in at the office to return some calls and then went
to visit with my mother for a little while. I then went to Fast Signs to pick
up my signs for my new commercial rental listings. Headed back to the office,
spoke with 1 of my homeowner’s who just went in to contract on her Condo and
found out her specifications for her new home search, did some research for her
and will schedule the showings for Friday. Had a closing @ 2 PM. After the
closing I’m going to grab a bite to eat with Frank, then I’ll be back to the
office to make the balance of my phone calls and then it’s back to the beach
house with Frank & the grandkids. Comment as you please and remember it is

Another day on the beach
with my grandkids, relaxing and enjoying the sound of their laughter. I had my
feet in the sand communicating from the shoreline of Lavalette, NJ on my cell
phone before I head back to Staten Island in the morning for a meeting and some
work in the office. Hoping you all had a
productive Tuesday. Comment as you please and remember it is always a woman’s

After a beautiful weekend of weather, the humidity is back today and thunderstorms are expected. All phone work today. I had my feet in the sand communicating from the shoreline of Lavalette, NJ on my cell phone, packing it all up and headed back toward the house now. Waiting on a few calls back to try and schedule some closings this week. Spoke with a past client that wants to do some more business with me, and I received a call from a new agent that wants to come on board. A good way to start the week. Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and a productive Monday. Comment as you please and remember it is always a woman’s right to shoes. Solid Rubber Boots
What would we do without rain boots? I wouldn't step outside on a day like this without mine! My first appointment was at the office this morning at 8:30AM and then I headed out to New Jersey for two appointments. Good thing I decided on rain boots because Victory Boulevard looks like a river and I would not be able to get to my car without them. I'm now off to two more appointments in Staten Island on my listings and then back to the office for a few hours to make some phone calls and fill out paperwork before I travel back to Jersey for the third time today. Please take it slowly on the roads, its slippery out there. Comment as you please and remember, it's always a woman's right to shoes! Rainy Polka Dot Thursday
I love polka dots, even on my rain boots. It's a rainy day in Jersey, you would think that means less distraction because I wouldn't be wishing I was on the beach taking in some sun and relaxing but all that means is grandchildren anxiously waiting for the rain to stop from inside the house. I wish the sun would come out! I'll be back in the office tomorrow (or not really IN the office) because I have appointments all day. Checkered Bow Heels
Another good pair for any woman the heel is not too much to handle. Working from the beach house today trying to fill up my Friday schedule. I've sent out at least ten emails today to buyers so that I can show them the homes that they are interested in. I've also been following up with attorneys on the sales of my listings. A vacation is never really a vacation in the Real Estate world. The phone is always ringing and the emails are always coming in. The rain has stopped but it doesn't look like it's for good. Everyone stay safe driving and try to stay dry! Comment as you please and remember it is always a woman's right to shoes! If you're interested in a career in Real Estate, please call 718-420-2325.

Green Butterflies
Still on Staten Island today. I can't wait to get back to my grandchildren down the shore. These butterfly heels are great for summer, they are bright and have a rubber bottom to prevent any slipping. I woke up early to see my mother at her place and then went to a board meeting at the Staten Island Board of Realtors. I then went to a wake for a friend's son. Our prayers are with their family. I'm going with Frank to his doctor's appointment and hopefully heading back to the shore tonight. You can reach me on my cell or by email. Light as a Feather Wedges
These wedges weigh almost nothing and really brighten up an outfit. Perfect for the beach. I was on Staten Island this morning doing some real estate work then headed back to New Jersey. All phone work today. I had my feet in the sand communicating from the shoreline of Lavalette, NJ on my cell phone/iPad/laptop. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. Slithering Salmon Stunners
These peep toe pumps are made by GUESS and they were bought at Macy’s (one of the six pairs I got on sale). They are embossed with snake skin texture and there is a little G charm hanging on the buckle. I had to jam pack my schedule today so I started at 9:00AM on Bay Street and then Tompkins Ave at 10:00AM to list two rentals. I went to the fountains to take pictures of another condo that I am going to list soon and then I headed over to the office for a meeting with a new agent. I ran out for a quick minute to get my mom lunch and then headed over to New Dorp Lane for another listing appointment. I’m now back at the office making as many phone calls as I can before my next appointment. My phone has practically been glued to my ear trying to get back to everyone that has called me. Out for another appointment at 6:30 and then a showing on Fingerboard Road to one of my buyers. Comment as you please and remember it is always a woman’s right to shoes.
